Job Title: Product Manager/New Subscriber Acquisition Manager
Reports to: Marketing Head
Location: Head Office Kampala
Job Purpose:
To increase new customer acquisition, product/ pricing development, developing consumer and sales promotions, creating marketing and sales plans, working with the sales team to execute initiatives and promotions and analyzing performance across regions.
Competencies:
• Honors degree from a recognized university specializing in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Should have at least 5 years experience in a telecom/ FMCG company.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Proven record of product development, new product launches, sales promotions, communication development.
• Sales experience is preferred.
