In pursuit of our growth and vision we are looking for committed and talented qualified professionals to join our Management Team in the following position:-
Key duties will include:
• Servicing the existing Company's Brokers and Agents to ensure loyalty and business growth.
• Recruiting new Brokers and Agents for the Company.
• Quotations for business requests from Brokers and Agents
• New products development.
• Formulating strategies for Business Growth.
• Coordinating Advertisement and Corporate Sponsorship of various events.
• Marketing Research to ensure the Company is up to date with developments in the Industry.
Qualifications and Experience
• Candidate must have a Degree in the relevant field in business with ACII qualifications.
• Seven (7) Years working experience in General Insurance, three (3) of which should be in Underwriting or Marketing Department as a Leader.
