IT User Support Analyst Ref: IT – USA – JUNE 2010
The position(s) of IT User Support Analysts will be responsible for hardware and software support for computing services involving Desktop P.C’s, printers, laptops, servers, operating systems and messaging systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Administration and configuration of IT client hardware and software Resolution of support issues;
* Disaster Recovery of client desktop environment;
* Hardware System administration;
* Documentation and Policy implementation;
* Involvement in Project Implementation;
* Weekly Reports and documentation of own activities;
Minimum requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university;
* Microsoft Certification: MCSE, MCSA, MCP
* User Support Professional / A+ Certification;
* 1 year experience in IT Technical support;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
