Job Title: Manager Usage and Retention
Reports to: Marketing Head
Location: Head Office Kampala
Job Purpose:
Data analysis to identify opportunities to grow revenues, developing initiatives to drive usage and recharges, developing customer retention and loyalty programs, managing customer life cycle initiatives.
Competencies:
• Honors degree from a recognized university specializing in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Should have at least 5 years experience in a telecom/ Research company/ Bank.
• Strong analytical and planning skills. Data analysis skills are a must.
• Earlier experience of managing customer life cycle preferred.
