Associates are not full time and should have vast capacity building and consultancy experience in the fields of ISO standards, Economics, Research, Project Management, Financial Management, Performance Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Monitoring & Evaluation.
The Associates are expected to have a minimum of Masters Degree and demonstrate a minimum of Seven (7) years post graduate experience in relevant fields. A PhD in the aforementioned areas will be preferred.
