A dynamic and fast growing ISO22000 certified food manufacturing company is urgently looking to recruit highly competent, proactive and self-driven persons to fill the following positions;
Area Sales Manager (Rift Valley Region)
The area sales manager must have good geographical knowledge of the region. He/she will be responsible for the sourcing of new business and managing continuous sales.
Duties will include, but not limited to executing a strategy to generate business through local relationships, networking and developing a portfolio of key accounts to produce revenue for both the local market and the entire network.
He/she shall ensure maximum conversion of all products by using proven sales methods, resulting in increased profitability.
He/she shall develop good local and territory knowledge with particular attention on competition, target companies and industry segments.
We require applicants with a degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized Institution with at least 2 years experience in sales, excellent communication skills, creativity and innovation, able to achieve sales targets, intelligent and a team player.
