- Technical and innovative thinker with a sharp business mind.
- A proactive and self-motivated professional who can diligently follow the rules and procedures.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet the customer’s demands.
- Articulate with very good customer care skills.
The Position:
Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, Technical Services, the person will be responsible for:

- Handling all calls from the customers and assigning calls to the specific engineers who can handle the customers’ problems.
- Planning and organizing preventive maintenance for all the contract clients.
- Supervising the department’s drivers and the Help Desk Assistant and ensuring that they carry out their duties as per their responsibilities.
- Compiling the Prequalification tenders, and assisting with proposals and tenders.
- Coordinating the delivery of products and services to the clients.
Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should have the following attributes

- Degree in Business Administration with a Diploma in Business Administration or
- Degree in IT with a Diploma in Business Administration or
- Degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT)
- At least 1 year’s experience in a technical helpdesk role
- Experience in compiling prequalification tenders and proposals will be an added advantage
