Symphony: Product Technical Manager

From its inception, Symphony has been setting new standards in the quality of computer use and maintenance in Kenya.

On the foundation of this excellent quality, Symphony is looking for an individual to join its dynamic team, in its Infrastructure Solutions Department in the following position;

Product Technical Manager

The Position:

The Product Technical Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales and pre-sales of the IBM products and services
  • Maintain and develop a sales plan and strategy for the target market to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Set sales budgets and sales targets and quota
  • Provides timely feedback to Senior Manager regarding customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide pre-sales support to other teams.
Education and Experience:
  • University degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge in sales management, especially consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills
