Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Center: Voice and Accent Trainer

Do you have an excellent command of English Language?

Are you familiar with Canadian accents and enjoy training?

Our Client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Center firm is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer with a good Canadian accent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Improving communication skills of call center agents working on Canadian Outbound calls
* Delivery of soft skills and communication skills training
* Delivery of Voice and Accent neutralization training
* Developing and delivering training modules
* Amending and revising training programs appropriately, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
* Responsible for overall performance of trained batch

Candidate Profile:

* Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
* Willingness to work 24/7 and comfortable working in shifts
* Strong training ability
* Needs to have good Canadian/ American accent
* Mature personality
