Telecommunications: Head of Sales & Dealer Sales Agents

Our client is an established Telecommunications dealer with an established network across the country primarily in the following regions: Nairobi, Central, Mt Kenya, Rift Valley, Western, Nyanza, and Eastern province.

We are seeking applications to fill the following position:

Head of Sales

This is a role required to provide leadership to the sales and branch teams across the country to deliver sales. The role holder’s key responsibilities will be to develop and drive sales strategies and initiatives to meet business targets.

Applicants for this position should posses the following:

• A business-related degree or qualification in Sales and Marketing
• Previous sales leadership and commercial experience with ability to translate business strategy into action
• Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Strong team ethic – with strong interpersonal skills with a motivational personality to drive high performance and maintain staff motivation levels that deliver the business objectives
• Experience in leading and directing teams in multiple locations

Dealer Sales Agents

This is a commission based sales position based in dealer outlets spread across the country primarily in the following regions: Central, Mt Kenya, Rift Valley, Western, Nyanza, Nairobi and Eastern province.

We are seeking highly energized individuals with passion to sell and achieve sales targets who demonstrate the following criteria:

• Completed ‘O’ Level education
• Age – 23 years and above
• Knowledge of local geographical area (please indicate preferred location in job application)
• Strong communication skills with ability to persuade clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High degree of honesty and integrity
• Should be flexible and highly mobile to undertake field sales activities
