Job Title: Branch Manager (Female Only)
Job Purpose:
Branch Manager will be responsible for the promotion, growth and development of BRAC Microfinance Program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall supervision of staffs and follow up of their activities
• Carry out regular field visits and monitor progress
• Monitor time and attendance of staffs in the branch
• Maintain cash books, bill vouchers, and monthly account of the branch
• Carry out loan appraisal disburse and realize loans
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit in time to the Area Manager
• Assess the performance of the staffs and submit the report to the Area Manager and to the Country Office
• Maintain the program related documents, reports, target plans, budget, and other related documents
Qualifications/ Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Development Studies/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Statistics from recognized institution
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with and work with staffs
• Ability to work under tight deadline
• Age must be 30 years and below
