Effective with the release of this announcement, Winrock International will be recruiting for the positions listed below to support the USAID funded Northern Uganda Development of Enhanced Local Governance, infrastructure and Livelihoods Project (NUDEIL) with office location in Gulu, Uganda. Term of employment is up to 3 years. Experience with a USAID Contractor or a large international NGO funded by USAID necessary. Winrock International is especially interested in receiving applications from female applicants.

Position:Human resources Officers (Reference#004)
Qualifications for Human Resources Officers (Reference#004)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization development, Organizational
Psychology or similar qualifications;
• Five years Human Resources Management experience in International NGO setting with at least 2years in a leadership position;
• Excellent communications and organizational skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment;
• Pleasant, flexible, and efficient communicator by phone and e-mail;
• Computer literate with high proficiency in MS packages i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
The annual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Winrock International provides a competitive benefit package
