The following positions are currently vacant:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (1 post)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have at least seven years experience in Human Resource management in a large organization with at least three at a senior management level.
* Must have adequate experience in Manpower planning and recruitment.
* Must have proven track record of people and office management skills.
* Excellent experience and knowledge of current labour laws, procedures, policies and other relevant legislation's in Kenya and subsidiary host countries.
* Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
* Must be honest, transparent and with a high level of integrity.
* Exposure to Performance Management e.g. Balanced Score Card and Kaizen would be an added advantage.
* Knowledge in Change Management and Succession Planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities from a recognized University. An MBA would be an added advantage.
* A post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
* Must be Computer Literate
* Must be over 35 years of age.
