Our client is an established college managed by lecturers to provide high quality professional training and skills in accountancy, Information and communication technology and related areas through teaching, research and consultancy.

It now offers full courses in accountancy and information technology tailored to the needs of the students.
Reporting to the Board the Principal serves as the educational leader, formulating and implementing strategic goals and objectives of the Organisation and to give direction and leadership towards achievement of the organisation’s philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
· Masters Degree in Business/ administration and preferably also professional qualification in the relevant field
· 4 – 6 years experience in a managerial capacity with well developed strategic planning and financial management skills
· Experience working with Board of Directors
· Excellent leadership and management skills
· Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
· Well developed problem solving & decision making skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Computer literate
· Management experience in the education sector is an added advantage
