Production Assistant
The Job
- Implementing standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to meet planned goals.
- Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervising and motivating a team of highly skilled workers.
- Ensuring high product quality on the production line.
- Maintaining proper hygiene on the factory floor.
- Allocating duties to operators and general workers.
- Maintaining discipline on the factory floor.
Qualifications:
- Bsc.Mechanical/Production/Plant/Automotive/Mechatronic/Electrical engineering degree from a recognized university.
- Must be computer literate.
Requirements:
- Must be aged 30-40 years.
- Must have at least five years relevant experience 2 of which must have been at a supervisory level in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and expertise of production to inspire production team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Must have excellent analytical skills for effective planning and reporting of production requirements.
- Must have high integrity, excellent communication and report writing skills and willing to work long hours with minimal supervision.
Graduate Engineering Trainees 1
The Job
- To undergo training in both engineering and processing before appointment to substantive positions.
Qualification:
- Bsc.Mechanical/Plant/Production/Mechatronics/Electrical engineering from recognized universities.
- Fresh graduates will be considered for on-job training.
Requirements:
- Below 30 years.
- Must be self motivated, and willing to work long hours with minimal supervision.
Technician Trainees
The Job
- To work alongside experienced technicians and artisans for a period of 2 years before appointment to substantive positions.
Qualification:
- Ordinary or higher national Diploma in Mechanical/Plant/Production/Mechatronics/Electrical engineering/Analytical Chemistry from a reputable institution.
- Both fresh graduates and those with experience will also be considered for on job training.
Requirements:
- Below 30 years.
- Must be a person of high integrity and willing to work long hours with minimal supervision.
