1. Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be integral in raising the company’s profile and securing new clients and projects.

Responsibilities

• Executing the sales plan formulated by the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy
• Identify and develop business opportunities
• Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients
• Build referral and lead generation network
• Analyze market information and competitive intelligence
• Understand customer expectations to enable development of customized products based on identified needs.
• Writing winning business proposals
• Adopt hands on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing strategies of the company.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in business Administration, Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales/ Marketing or Business Development. Experience with a Human Resources consultancy is an added advantage.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.

2. Drivers

4 Positions

The Ideal Candidates:

• Very experienced drivers with over two years experience working within Nairobi and out-skirts.
• in possession of a clean driving license.
• Possession of a current certificate of good conduct is a must.
• Energetic persons willing to dedicate their efforts to the company for longer hours.
• Mature people; over 40 years are encouraged to apply.

3. Riders

5 positions

Ideal candidates:

• Experience with pharmaceutical companies preferred.
• Young and energetic and can be able to ready and write.
• Should be in possession of a relevant and valid driving license.
• Ready to undergo a very thorough screening procedure.
• In possession of a certificate of good conduct duly signed to date.
• Must have good knowledge of Nairobi city and its outskirts.
• Ready to start working immediately.
