Reporting to the Director of Human Resource & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that policies and programmes are implemented and yield expected results in the Company's Human Resources Management.

Job Profile:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resource & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that policies and programmes are implemented and yield expected results in the Company's Human Resources Management.
- Lead in the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies for the Company.
- Plan, co-ordinate and review, the implementation of the training, welfare and compensation policies.
- Advise Management on succession planning and optimal utilization of the Human Resources.
- Co-ordinate industrial relations and administration.
- Facilitate the recruitment and development of optimum human resource for the Company.
- Champion the performance management in the Company.
- Develop and administer competitive staff benefits scheme.
- Develop and implement Performance Management Strategies.
Person Profile:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in the Human Resources Management at a senior level.
- Must be a holder of a Degree in Social Sciences and Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Must be a person with excellent interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity, team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be conversant with the New Labour Laws.
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
