Export Sales Manager
Reports To: General Manager EA
Accountabilities in Assigned Markets
* Develop and execute plans to achieve financial and other agreed objectives.
* Increase product exposure to customers and consumers.
* Identify new business opportunities and capitalise on them.
* Work with selected institutions to grow the business.
* Enhance SC Johnson/Customer relationship
* Monitor execution of consumer marketing programs.
* Manage staff and assets.
* Management and control of counterfeit products in export markets
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:
* Undergraduate Commercial degree from a recognized institution
* Minimum 5 years sales management experience in an FMCG environment
* Experience in FMCG marketing and exports will be an added advantage
Skill Dimensions required for the role:
* Align with strategy and company direction
* Analytical and critical thinking skills
* Highly self motivated and results oriented
* Innovative and business analysis (Strong business acumen)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong distribution knowledge and understanding
