The Consultancy only offers short-term assignments lasting between 1-3 weeks Facilitation Skills under consideration include the following:
1. Change Management
2. Organizational Development Assessment
3. Project Design, Implementation and Management
4. Staff Capacity Assessment and Development
5. Strategic Planning and Management
6. Team Building
7. Coordination Skills
8. Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making
9. Leadership and Delegation
10. Management and Supervisory Skills
11. Practical Management Skills
12. Time Management
The consultant’s should be competent in:
1. Trainings and Skills development
2. Development of Training Manuals
3. Presentation and Communication
4. Report Writing
Interested should indicate their preference by quoting the specific field(s) of interest on the subject line of the email.
Qualifications:
* Masters Degree or PHD will be required for consultants wishing to be considered as Lead Consultants or Team Leaders in the categories indicated.
* Those with Bachelors degree but with over 10 years of demonstrated experience especially as consultants in the indicated categories will also be considered for the same.
