The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
* At least Masters Degree in Social Sciences or community development.
* A minimum of seven years relevant post qualification work experience.
* Demonstrated fundraising skills and achievements.
* Good financial management and computer skills.
* Excellent people management skills and experience.
* Demonstrated donor handling skills and experience
* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
* Ability and experience in working in hardship areas.
