Job Purpose:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
8-10 years experience with exposure to managing a business process end to end including aspects of strategy formulation, business delivery and marketing execution.
Experience of team leadership.

Radiographers Ref: HRD/RPR/09/10
Reporting to the Chief Radiographer, the successful applicant will carry out radiological procedures as assigned.

Particular Responsibilities Include:
* Performing radiological procedures according to the requirement of the refereeing physician.
* Producing images of high diagnostic quality.
* Assisting with diagnostic imaging services in theatre.
* Providing services in the Catheterisation Laboratory.
* Observing Hospital and Radiology rules and regulations on radiation safety, cleanliness, infection control, fire and safety etc. and to report any problems to the Chief Radiographer.

Physiotherapists Ref: HRD/PHY/09/10
Reporting to the Chief Physiotherapist, the successful applicant will participate in planning, supervising, coordinating and conducting in-depth evaluation of patients referred for therapy treatment for both inpatient and outpatient services.

Particular Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting evaluation and assessment of patients having physical disabilities, disorders or injuries.
* Identifying treatment goals and appropriate therapy techniques and equipment to achieve the goals.
* Planning for the most efficient and most effective treatment regime.
* Carrying out the rehabilitative program and designate the party to carry out treatment plan, e.g. patient, employee, ward staff, family members etc.

* Developing treatment plan to be followed by patient after discharge and advising the importance of continuing physiotherapy after discharge and organizing their physiotherapy appointments.
* Instructing patient, families and other professionals in treatment techniques and exercises outlined in the program.
* Writing initial reports of results on evaluation of patient’s physical condition and preparing written treatment plan.
* Providing statistical information by preparing year end summaries on patients treated and their conditions and progress.
* Conducting educational sessions on therapy treatment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Diploma in Physiotherapy.
* At least one (1) year of practice.
* Registered with the Kenya society of Physiotherapists.

Accountant -HRD/ACC
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance, and the Accountant will be responsible for:

* Implementing stringent expenditure control procedures by ensuring that any expenditure incurred is supported by valid accounting documents.
* Receipting, analyzing & reconciliation of creditor statements.
* Posting into Syspro software trade payables, direct debits and Petty cash vouchers.
* Follow ups on O/S issues to process payments and reconciliation of creditors statements
* Filing Withholding VAT returns on weekly basis.
* Preparation of weekly payments and payables reports.
* Maintaining of the fixed assets register, raising staff vouchers on staff per diems and payroll, bank reconciliations.
* Reconciliation of staff debtors account and preparation of audit schedules.

Required Qualifications, Competencies & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, with full professional CPA or ACCA qualifications.
* 3 years relevant working experience.
* Expert knowledge of accounting, auditing, financial and management reporting.
* Experience with computerized accounting packages and a registered member of a relevant professional body.
* In addition, the candidate must have strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and of high integrity.

Assistant Accountant -HRD/ASACC
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Finance, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:

* Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare accounting entries such as cashbooks entry journal and general ledger accounts, checking correctness of supporting documents.
* Raising payment vouchers, preparing cheques and maintaining the cheque registeAssist in preparation of weekly fund report, management of the petty cash use and reimbursement process.

Required Qualifications, Competencies & Experience:
* Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field, with CPA II or its equivalent.
* 2 years relevant working experience in a computerized environment.
