Spear Motors: Service Manager & Workshop Manager

Spear Motors Limited, general distributors for Daimler AG in Uganda is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Service Manager

Reports to: Managing Director

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have working experience of 5 years in the same position with an organization, maintaining and repairing Mercedes Benz with all relevant technical know how.
• Management and Supervisory skills.
• Experience in handling staff welfare, performance and capacity building.

2. Workshop Manager

Reports to: The Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Motor Vehicle technician course 1 and Motor Vehicle advanced course 11.
• Must have worked with an Organization/Company maintaining and repairing Mercedes Benz for at least Five years with all relevant technical know how.
